Flexible and modularly applicable

Prevention of mechanical tampering
Brühl guards with the corresponding mounting systems are designed to prevent mechanical tampering by users as far as possible.
The BRÜHL-GV handle system is a precisely fitting preparation for mounting compact and multifunctional solenoid interlocks from a wide range of safety switch manufacturers, such as Euchner, Fortress Interlocks, Jakob Safety and Schmersal. Depending on the switch design, product features include an additional mechanical stop to prevent damage to the door and safety switch, robust galvanized surfaces, and precision-fit threads for fast mounting.
The BRÜHL-GRK® mounting system is the standard mounting system for the precise fitting of safety switches on BRÜHL swing doors. The safety switch is mounted from the outside of the machine at the height of the sturdy plastic handle. The system is characterized by an optional ball catch, which is used according to the Brühl product recommendation for safety switches whose latching force is less than 30 N. The add-on system can be used for both right-hinged and left-hinged doors. The BRÜHL handle system can be combined with various manufacturer-independent safety switches. We trust in products of the companies Bernstein, Honeywell, ABB, Pilz, Schmersal, Siemens, Rockwell Automation.
The BRÜHL-HP-F® retaining plate system is supplemented with a lever handle set, handle or bolt according to the access convenience. The safety switch is fixed with the BRÜHL retaining plate system in the upper area of the door leaf on the machine side. The system can be used for both left and right hinged doors. Aluminum plugs are used to prevent tampering. The BRÜHL-HP-F® retaining plate system can be easily combined with type 2 safety switches (with or without solenoid interlock). You can combine our holding plates with safety switches from the manufacturers Bernstein, Comitronic-BTI, Euchner, Honeywell, Leuze electronic, Omron Electronics, Rockwell Automation, Pilz, Schmersal, Sick, Siemens and Telemecanique Sensors.
The bolt pin mechanically guides the actuator when it is retracted into the safety switch. The BRÜHL-RI® bolt system has an integrated random safety device; a pressure spring moves the bolt tongue into the "bolt closed" position without any actuation. Aluminum plugs serve as tamper protection. This system is very robust, low-maintenance and low-cleaning and has proven itself over 30 years in the industrial environment. The BRÜHL-RI® add-on system can be easily combined with safety switches of type 2 (with or without solenoid interlock) from the manufacturers Bernstein, Euchner, Honeywell, Leuze electronic, Pilz, Rockwell Automation, Schmersal, Telemecanique Sensors, Sick and Siemens.
This system is a preparation for safety switches consisting of a combination of safety switch, mounting plates/elements and bolts from a wide range of safety switch manufacturers such as Dold, Euchner, Fortress Interlocks, Pilz or Telemecanique Sensors. With the BRÜHL-RI (RV) system, the safety switch is mounted with an exact fit and thus guarantees a long-lasting latch function. A high installation effort is saved by using standard drilling patterns on BRÜHL hinged doors.
Due to its operating principle, the BRÜHL-SN-F cam system is used exclusively for swing and double doors. This attachment system is very advantageous when very fast plant access is required. This system is combined with two roller plunger switches (type 1) from the companies Bernstein, Euchner, Rockwell Automation, Schmersal or Siemens, which serve a safe two-signal interrogation, which can have a positive effect on the performance level or on the safety category in the context of the risk assessment.
The switch preparation BRÜHL-SV® is mainly used for all BRÜHL doors, if safety switches are prepared in the factory (for quick installation on site) to fit exactly. In this system preparation, the safety switch is function-dependent and can consist, for example, in a hole pattern adaptation on the mullion / door leaf as preparation for an escape release, in special hole pattern and welding substructure adaptations. We offer safety switches from ABB, Bernstein, Euchner, Fortress Interlocks, Leuze electronic, Omron Electronics, Pilz, Rockwell Automation and Schmersal.
The BRÜHL-UER® overlap bolt system prevents the leaves on folding or double leaf doors from being pushed through, allowing the safety distances of the risk and hazard assessment to be maintained. This system is very robust, requires little maintenance or cleaning, and has proven itself over many years in industrial environments. Combinations are possible with a wide range of safety switches - Brühl recommends safety switches from the companies Euchner or Schmersal with a non-contact operating principle as a combination.
The BRÜHL-HP-S® retaining plate system is supplemented with a handle set or a handle according to the access convenience and can be used for both left and right hinged doors. A mechanical stop in the aluminum profile prevents damage to the safety switch and actuator. The position of the safety switch depends on the door type and the sash travel. Retaining plate system BRÜHL-HP-S® can be easily combined with safety switches of type 2 (with or without solenoid interlock) and is offered by the manufacturers Bernstein, Comitronic-BTI, Euchner, Honeywell, Jakob Safety, Leuze electronic, Omron Electronics, Pilz, Rockwell Automation, Schmersal, Telemecanique Sensors, Sick and Siemens.
The mounting plates of the BRÜHL-SN-S trip cam system are rounded laser edge parts made of robust, galvanized steel. The trip cam profile has a powder-coated surface in door color. Two roller lever switches (design 1) for safe two-signal interrogation can be mounted on the trip cam system in a manufacturer-independent and precisely fitting manner, which can have a positive effect on the performance level or on the safety category as part of the risk assessment. Suppliers of suitable safety switches include the companies Bernstein, Euchner, Rockwell Automation, Schmersal, Sick and Siemens.

Our accessories are galvanized according to DIN 50979 or they are sandblasted together with the guard and then powder coated.
