From this date, the MVO will be binding. <\/p><h5>Transition phase &#8211; Declarations of conformity<\/h5><p>With immediate effect, our declarations of conformity for protective fence systems are valid for both the MRL and the MVO in the respective validity periods.<\/p><p>The conformity assessment is carried out in accordance with the following legal bases:<\/p><ul><li>EC Machinery Directive 2006\/42\/EC, Annex II A &#8211; valid until 19.01.2027<\/li><li>EU Machinery Regulation 2023\/1230\/EU, Annex V Part A &#8211; valid from 20.01.2027<\/li><\/ul><p><br>The relevant standards for the product are still listed in full in the declaration of conformity.<\/p><h5>CE marking and conformity<\/h5><p>Our protective fence systems meet the applicable legal requirements.
