The MSDT-PL swing gate essentially consists of a gate post and a gate leaf that swings horizontally through 90 degrees. Both the drive unit with geared motor and the position sensor and safety switches are mounted centrally on the gate post.
The door is available with both a left and right stop and offers free access to the machine area as it is designed without an interfering portal. This makes it an ideal solution for safeguarding walk-in system stations with crane or manipulator loading.
The main closing edge is secured by a mechanical friction disk clutch in the drive.
