The upward-closing machine safety roller gates SpeedLine® Bottom have no distributing limitation to the height of the door opening. Ideal for use on manipulators and loading and unloading stations for crane or robot systems. The winding box with its compact construction height allows the door to be opened up to only 550 mm above the floor.
The heavy-duty, tear-resistant special treatment material (Brühl-TEX-I) provides secure restraint (in accordance with DIN EN 14120:2016, C.2.5.1). Forces of up to 150 joules are reliably absorbed. The polyester monofilament curtains, which are PVC-coated on both sides, are pressed in a maximum of 200 mm under this force. The fabric material can even withstand loads of up to 1200 joules with a sharp-edged profile without damage.
